normally will have potato cubes but I didn't want any 

less salty than the Chinese bean paste 

can use any meat you like   

the egg really made the difference in appearance 

I just love the contrast

第一次食韓國炸醬麵, 係在好多年前喺西雅圖，記得當時回家，妹妹講食過一間韓國餐廳嘅馬麵（係叫馬麵），驚為天人，我一定要去試. 坐一個小時嘅車，食這碟黑黑嘅麵，一啲馬肉都冇（好彩），實際上係韓國嘅炸醬麵來，味道唔錯，但係值得坐一個小時車去食？見人見智，最緊要食得開心。

剛巧開心少女從首爾回來，送給我一盒黑豆醬，立刻令我諗起這碟年輕嘅回憶，多謝妳！
