Mommy Dearest 廚房-- MD123排骨

Mommy Dearest 123 ribs - as easy as ABC
 
1 kg pork ribs (prefer w marbled fat)
1 cup water
2 tbsp dark soy sauce 
3  tbsp Chinese wine 
4 tbsp light soy sauce 
5 tbsp brown sugar 
6 tbsp Chinese vinegar
7 chilli padi / Birdseye chilli 

Method:
  1. Wash n pat dry the ribs. The fat inside the ribs will keep the end product moist. 
  2. In a heavy bottom pot, put in the sauces n boil, taste test to get to your preferred level of sourness n sweetness .
  3. Add in the ribs. 
  4. cook in medium fire till sauce is thicken, do not cover. It takes about one hour.
  5. Final taste test before serving 
  6. Bon appetit !

** do not use high heat or it will dry out the meat , nor too low heat as it will make the meat fall apart. Medium bubble boil is best 
** do not cover the pot so the sauce will evaporate and thicken
** if this portion of sauce is not enough to cover all the meat due to shape of ribs or size of pot you use, just add the same proportion of the ingredients till all meat can be covered

    1. 哈哈哈,妳真係好㗎唧,我都鍾意煮韓國菜㗎,可惜DD我老公唔鍾意炸雞,或者搵日我煮下先。。。實際上個差異係個調味醬咋,好奇怪點解啲人咁鍾意食。。。星星星星,哈哈哈
