雪梨探親@旅Day 10 - 一魚兩食

steamed and braised

 
from the sea 
steam with bean paste 
with organic parsley too 

pan fry the fish first 
turn the fish only when fully cooked on one side 
don't touch it 
add Chinese wine and some water or stock 
voila  
 

這條青衣係我大表姐嘅病人出海釣到之後送給她的,咁大條我就用來蒸同煮紅燒魚,唔錯㗎。
