Mommy Dearest 廚房 -- 炸韓式蔬菜餅


shredded cabbage, carrot, parsley mix with plain flour, self raising flour, tapioca flour, salt, pepper, mix with only 2tbsp of water , fry in mini patties till golden (you can use different flour as batter, depending on your preference of crispiness)
 

實際上最值得介紹係個碗酸酸嘅蘸汁, delicious,  用好多蒜頭,parsley, 白醋,黑醋,糖,水混合,真係要試過才知道幾好味㗎。
