Mommy Dearest 廚房 -- 胡蘿蔔椰子杯蛋糕 carrot cupcake w coconut flour

好黑呀

這個咁醜樣嘅杯蛋糕係為左試用啲椰子麵粉,椰子麵粉係時下嘅健康食品,有朋友特別進口,所以送給我來試出品。。。我用有機椰子油來配,好香但係個外表有待改善,試驗報告完畢!

    2. 椰子麵粉要混合穀物麵粉用,因為佢始終唔係穀物麵粉,淨用椰子麵粉嘅話個蛋糕會乾同實,焗蛋糕嘅話椰子麵粉:麵粉比例大概係1:4,因為椰子麵粉好吸水,所以另外仲要加多啲蛋,液體(ie奶),有啲人會加生果,等個蛋糕可以鬆啲moist啲。
