椰子麵粉真係第一次聽,好味就得啦!
我都係首次用咋,係朋友做進口商所以叫我試。
椰子麵粉我屋企都有呀

椰子麵粉要混合穀物麵粉用,因為佢始終唔係穀物麵粉,淨用椰子麵粉嘅話個蛋糕會乾同實,焗蛋糕嘅話椰子麵粉:麵粉比例大概係1:4,因為椰子麵粉好吸水,所以另外仲要加多啲蛋,液體(ie奶),有啲人會加生果,等個蛋糕可以鬆啲moist啲。

好味和健康就ok啦^^
始終覺得差少少,可能食唔慣
