  3. 我煮咗jam啦, 或者星期來整. 希望今次整得好啦. 上年煮啲jam not thick enough, 焗一輪後唔好味就無心機再整, 最尾成兜jam丟咗.

    1. 點解唔好味呀? 我都係好憎煮個jam,所以一早煮先,到新年前才做啲rolls,冇咁累。

    2. oh oh, if you find the jam not thick enough and you don't want to cook longer, try to put in fridge with lid OPEN, and see if that will evaporate out some moisture? it might help some, better than you throw it away. (and taste test before you bake so don't waste it. You do need sugar, it works as natural preservatives as well as pineapples are sour based in first place.
