Mommy Dearest 廚房 -- 豬肉鬆

use the lean meat that has been used to cook soup, season with soy sauce , sesame oil, sugar and oyster sauce

leave it for an hour


start frying without any oil till dry

not long, about 15 min , when almost done, taste test and add more flavor to your preference, ie black pepper, five spice powder, curry and turmeric powder etc.

nice and fragrant, make sure it is all dry and toasty  
if want various flavors, take up the portions 5 min before done, and add in seasoning batch by batch

very fun 
and taste great, best was the curry and turmeric flavor for us
 
 


豬肉鬆好容易做,只是需要有時間同忍耐力,最好係可以用煮湯用完嘅瘦肉,好合符經濟原理!
