Mommy Dearest 廚房 -- 韓國人參雞湯

make sure the chicken is intact
serve with a dish of salt for dipping, no seasoning in the soup at all, en naturelle
nice rice inside


glutinous rice, ginseng, dates, chestnut, gingko nuts , garlic, ginger
I added extra ginseng for the taste 
soak the rice and wash the ingredients
stuff the garlic , chestnut, gingko nut and rice inside the chicken
seal with tooth picks so the rice wont come out
put into claypot if you have, otherwise stainless steel pot, pour in hot water and boil, cook for one hour in low fire till everything is cooked but the chicken should not fall apart.

 
 
始終覺得中國嘅人參湯味道濃啲,但係這是韓國嘅做法,各人喜好唔同!
