Mommy Dearest 廚房 -- 燒豬肉卷

燒豬肉卷 roast pork roll 
juicy meat and crispy skin

very nice
pork belly, seasoned with Tasmania ginseng spices  , rub salt on skin n airdry one day in fridge, uncovered
tie with kitchen rope 
roast at 210 degrees for 1 hr till meat is 142 degrees 
the skin is crispy n crackling
