Mommy Dearest 廚房 -- 西式燜牛尾

配料唔少
aromatics

heavy on Italian spices n bay leaves
natural tomato sauce
add in the oxtail
cook for couple of hours till to your preferred texture


好耐無煮牛尾啦,本來想用紅酒來燜,之後放咁多番茄,芹菜,紅蘿蔔下去,加左意大利香草,一試個味覺得已經好足,如果再加紅酒會畫蛇添足,咁就清清地啦。
