Mommy Dearest 廚房 -- 煎鍋貼




straight from freezer
must have enough oil in the non stick pan
after browning the bottom, add in diluted flour water
cover and steam fry for 5 to 7 min
open the lid and cook off the water
add in some oil
cook till the bottom is crispy and brown
voila
 
 
在這裡紀錄下點樣煎啲靚鍋貼,本來想煎到成個餅咁,但係放唔夠麵粉水,失敗左。
