鷹嘴豆非常健康,嘗試用唔同嘅煮法來食。

  2. How to roast it? Just mix with all the seasoning and put into the oven?

    1. 1. soak for 8 hours and change water a couple of times.
      2. drain dry
      3. toss with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, pepper
      4. roast in 200 degrees C till crispy, shake the pan from time to time .
