delicious marinade, ratio 1:1:2
put in boiling water
actually 5 min will even be better, adjust timing for size of eggs, cold from fridge
ice bath for 15 min
nice yolk when first out
perfect
put marinade in plastic bag and put in shelled eggs
nice yolks before put in marinade
season in fridge for at least one day , but the yolk will turn harder the longer you leave it.
