Mommy Dearest 廚房 -- 韓式豆腐 Yeon-dubu yangnyum banchan

快,靚,正 !
 
sauce:
 
half cup cut spring onion
4 tbsp minced garlic
3 tbsp  soy sauce or fish sauce if preferred
1 tbsp  vinegar
1 tbsp  sugar
2 tbsp sesame oil
1 tsp Korean chilli powder
1 tbsp Korean chilli paste (optional)
1  tbsp sesame seeds for garnishing
 
Mixed the above well. 
Pour over 2 pieces of silken tofu and served chilled or warm .

    1. 整啦,真係又容易又健康,還有出面食超級貴,個調味醬可以跟MNW嘅喜好來調整,但係我覺得這個真係好好味。

    1. if you want to eat it cold, just rinse with boiled water and keep in fridge. If you want it served hot, then you can steam for short while. I buy those vacuumed pack silken tofu so it is edible right from the box. It's really convenient and tasty healthy dish.
