1/2 tbsp self raising flour
1 tbsp rice flour (or corn flour for different texture)
1/2 tsp salt or chicken stock powder
1/2 tsp coriander seeds pounded (optional)
sauce:
5 tbsp white vinegar
3 tbsp sugar
1 tsp soy sauce
5 tbsp chopped garlic
2 tbsp chopped parsley
1 tbsp sesame seeds
**adjust own preferred taste with vinegar and sugar
