Mommy Dearest 廚房 -- 韓式炸蔬菜餅 Pajeon

雖然 pajeon 係好熱氣同用好多油來炸,但係好食到唔停㗎,值得值得!

batter:
3 tbsp plain flour
1/2 tbsp self raising flour
1 tbsp rice flour (or corn flour for different texture)
1/2 tsp salt or chicken stock powder
1/2 tsp coriander seeds pounded (optional)

sauce:
5 tbsp white vinegar
3 tbsp sugar
1 tsp soy sauce
5 tbsp chopped garlic
2 tbsp chopped parsley
1 tbsp sesame seeds
**adjust own preferred taste with vinegar and sugar
