Hi Sophie, I m Pohwee and I know u thru my good friend in office, Cindy. She shared with me the English carrot cake and the Lao Po Ping baked by you and boy.... they were so yummy!!! I ever tried carrot cakes in some famous coffee chains or hotels, but did not really like the cakes. However, my perception of carrot cakes changed when i tasted the one baked by you - Soft & Moist. It was really nice ~ sincerely. I m blessed again today with a freshly baked Lao Po Ping and yes... besides, salt, sugar, coffee, freshness could be tasted. It was better than the famous ones from HK!

ReplyDeleteThey are really good, comparable to the ones in HK, I am really pleasant surprised on how they turned out.
Those were made under the watchful eyes of my teacher, I wonder if I can make them on my own :)
