Mommy Dearest 廚房 -- 蒸蘿蔔糕


delicious with sriracha
used 2 radishes
fry with a bit of ginger , take out after done
7 to 1 ratio
我心愛嘅臘腸
steam for 45 min
these small ones 20min
best for snacks
add a touch of green
tastes good


新年時冇整蘿蔔糕,剛巧有兩個蘿蔔,又有沾米粉,咁整佢來清粉啦。

    1. 其實係我懶去搵多一個大盆,同覺得用細嘅可以包早餐俾DD同BD,方便多。^^

    1. Mine too, I love it when it is super soft and needs a spoon to scoop them up, hahaha. BUT DD doesn't like that, oh well.
