Mommy Dearest 廚房 -- 火腿花卷


靚嗎?

original
mashed steamed sweet potatoes
加番薯蓉變橙色
兩塊一齊
add whatever filling you want
roll up tight
雙色好靚呀
cut into slices
twist and nip
can stack two together, seam sides facing each other
or press in middle for shaping

many different ways
rest in steamer for 10 min
steam for 8 min
after 8 min, open lid for 1 min before taking out
done
