Mommy Dearest 廚房 -- 醉雞

醉雞
boil the herb for half hour, cool
steam the chicken till cooked and cooled completely
herb done
add all together
make sure there is enough taste in the stock, can top up with chicken stock n add salt
lots of wine
put in some of the herbs
chicken are all covered
chill in fridge for at least 8 hours, best overnight
