Mommy Dearest 廚房 -- 牛肉串燒

medium rare


served with grilled tomato antipasto
halved, put on olive oil, mixed herb and grilled for 30 minutes. Marinade with balsamic vinegar, olive oil, minced garlic and chilli powder after grilled.  Chilled before serve
 

用牛油來煎,放好多黑胡椒,蒜粉同甜辣椒粉,每邊三十秒,DONE!
