Mommy Dearest 廚房 -- 綠茶千層蛋糕

綠茶千層蛋糕

 



total 23 layers 
Chantilly cream - whipping cream, icing sugar and vanilla bean 



tedious work 
but full of satisfaction 
decoration is the headache 
because I want to hide the crepe cake  
so make it into a cake in cover, hahaha 
a flower garden 
tata 
not bad

 


今年想做個特別啲嘅千層蛋糕送給鍾意綠茶嘅 Babe Dearest。。。。所以 presenting

    1. I separated it into three days, made batter n keep in fridge overnight, next day do the crepes n cream n refrigerate to set the cake. On the day itself , did the decoration . Actually because I wanted to hide the crepe cake n make her think it is a normal cake so I decorated this way, if normal occasion ll just sprinkle on icing sugar ll be excellent already , that will be two days ok 。Babe Dearest guessed it was a rainbow cake , alas ... Not ...

    1. Thanks dear, as you can tell it is very easy . Skip the decoration part cuts half the work , I did it this way because I didn't want Babe to know it's Mille crepe 😜
