Mommy Dearest's Kitchen -- Hummus


Roasted tomato hummus
 
 
that's all
used black sesame seed and olive oil to make tahini
boiled chickpeas, tahini, lemon juice, garlic, roasted tomato, sea salt, cumin, olive oil, and paprika
can freeze in airtight container , can keep for 3 months or longer

as easy and healthy as ABC , best served with tortilla chips
 
 
 

Hummus 一路都係我鍾意食嘅小吃,可以蘸玉米片食,我多數係從美國帶回來,但係今年好耐都冇人帶給我喇,所以只好自己試下整來食,女女講好好味呀,係啦,正常係用白芝麻嘅,但係我因為健康,我用黑芝麻來做。
