Mommy Dearest 廚房 -- 山楂醬滷肉

山楂醬 is the star

caramelized sugar with herbs 
use nice soy sauce and Chinese wine and dark soy sauce 
add a bit of water  
don't need to cover fully, and use low fire to cook till soft 
山楂醬 is 山楂 cooked with water and get the juice, add some of the braised sauce to cook till thicken
nice  
 

在同事嘅生日宴試過這菜餚,啲汁真係酸酸地,好好味,所以回家試下,算成功,真係唔錯!

    1. 我認為什麼酸嘅水果都可以,如果妳有山楂餅可以試下,soak in hot water n make sure it dissolve
