Banana chocolate pudding

Boil 2 cups of double cream in med heat, turn off fire .
Put in 6 oz of dark chocolate or bittersweet chocolate , till melted .
Add in 3 tbsp sweetened dark chocolate powder , stir till smooth . Thats your pudding base, kind of like watery truffle.
Assemble , chocolate biscuit at base, top w sliced banana , pour in half of chocolate till covered, put in another layer of biscuit then chocolate .
Chill for few hours .
Before serving , cut some banana slices n put on top to decorate.
