Yes Jessee, so many things we just take for granted and in fact they are blessings ... with that in mind the problems seem smaller and smaller and poof, gone....
DeleteFor the fusion eggplants, because I actually grilled the eggplants and peeled the skin, then put the Chinese XO sauce on top, voila, fusion. I skipped even the olive oil , so healthy , right? hahaha
