Make into a dough n rest for 20 min

Knead again n separate into smaller logs n covered w oil

Covered in oil n rest for at least 2 hours 

You can adjust the thickness 

自從在電視看到裤带面之后，一路想做這款麵試一下，今次為了它，再煮新疆大盤雞來配這個面，亦是大盤雞的靈魂.
