Mommy Dearest 廚房 -- 梅汁小番茄

 


Voila, best chilled overnight

cut a cross on the tip of tomato

pour hot water over the tomato, then plunge them into an iced bath so you can peel the skin off easily

add in apple cider vinegar, sugar, choya (mine is homemade) and a couple of umes from choya. keep in fridge overnight and serve.  


這個開胃菜真係好開胃㗎,酸酸甜甜,係多工夫啲,但係都覺得值,因為外邊食好貴,哈哈哈。

  2. 好多功夫呀! 但好食都值得. 我試過用檸檬汁 + TERIYAKI SAUCE 做這個開胃菜,都 OK架.
