Mommy Dearest 廚房 -- 梅菜扣肉

sugar and oil to caramelize the boiled pork belly
cut the pork in thick slices and fry the preserved veg with oil and wine
 
assemble
steam for 4 hours



梅菜扣肉 --多工又好肥嘅一道菜,但係好多人鍾意食囉,唯有一次做多啲來平衡自己心理,哈哈哈。
