Mommy Dearest 廚房 -- 橙汁牛肋骨

soooo nice

season with black pepper, garlic powder and salt 
put orange slices on top and below of ribs and roast 
180 degrees for 30 min 
delicious... if you like it soft , put into a pan and continue cooking , cover lid till your preferred texture (I like it chewy, so this is perfect, but I continue cooking for rest of my family)
put in cast iron pan 
put in more stock n orange 
cover with foil and put in oven 180 degrees 
for 2 hours 
check for texture to your preference
 
 
好鍾意食牛肋骨,現在有從澳洲進口嘅冇hormone嘅牛肉,用來做這個beef ribs with orange sauce,好味呀!
