Mommy Dearest's 廚房 -- 緬甸豬軟骨


 緬甸豬軟骨

the grounded spice consist of : lemon grass, shallot/red onion, garlic, chilli, turmeric powder, tamarind water, salt, sugar. Leper lime leaves are to be added when cooking
 you can grind lots of the spices and store in bottle for future use

Fry the spices with oil till fragrant, add in lime leaves and pork ribs.  Cook for hours till the bone is soft and meat is tender (don't add water, you can a bit more of the tamarind water so wont stick)
