Mommy Dearest 厨房 -- 馬拉盞四季豆

roast the belachan n grind, pound chilli garlic and dried shrimp, fry till fragrant, add beans and Chinese wine and seasoning



 


表姐说在澳洲食这道菜不太好味,想学下回去自己煮,太过奨了,重点是要烘香那些馬拉盞先。
