出國去撈起













 


 
 


年十三同另外一班老同事去馬來西亞食撈起,真係全海鮮,好味呀!

Li J , actually this dish is like Chinese salad, with main ingredients being white turnip, red carrots , n some sweet pickles to add the color, peanuts and crispies to add the crunch, the sauce is plum sweet sauce, to make it sourish and sweet. Every ingredients they put an auspicious name to it. I like to add pomelo and mandarin orange flesh inside. Sometimes they add cantaloupe n other fruits, up to you. To enhance the taste, you can add dash of pepper and cinnamon powder. Try it there, use whatever vege you like, just make it colorful .

    1. EE, 妳試下自己做啦,我教幾個香港和海外朋友,一定做到㗎,當係沙律,用唔同顏色嘅蘿蔔做主要材料,調味醬係梅子醬加啲檸檬汁,酸酸甜甜到自己鍾意,同可以用三文魚,海蜇,或者妳鍾意嘅魚片。
