砂煲海鲜面 Claypot Noodle



这是我放工后跑回家煮的砂煲面,一向都很喜欢吃生面,但要炸就怕怕,宁可求其次,砂煲面是也...再煲一窝鱼汤,简简单单又一餐!



I always love Hong Kong crispy noodle, whenever I go out to eat will always order it. But at home, it is just too troublesome to deep fry the noodle so just make claypot noodle instead. A bit salty my hubby says, because I have forgotten that the noodle is a bit salty by itself. Anyway, it goes well with the sweet tasting fish soup, made with carrot, onion and potato...

  5. I don't like to eat crispy noodle. But I love to drink fish soup.

    Mommy.. I made the snowskin mooncake yesterday. It tastes so good. However, the red bean paste from can is too soft.. So, it is hard to wrap it together. I only used the 奶皇. Thanks.. If you want to see, you can go to my blog. Thanks again Mommy.

    Great great, I am sure the snowskin is very nice. I will go there to see when I have time (leaving for church soon).

    If red bean is too soft , you can add some Kou Fun (fried glutinous rice flour) to stiffen it, but u might need to add some icing sugar if that makes it not sweet enough.

    Anyway, which recipe of custard did you use? I have yet to find a good one.

    是耶,最重要不要打太厚的献 (gravy should not be too thick, use tapioca flour to thicken instead of cornstarch if you have it at home, but not a must)!
