听说牧羊人批批有这个名,是因为以前的牧羊人在山上没有食物,要就地取材,医好肚肚...我就用了牛肉来做底,比较好味!Shepherd Pie should be made with minced lamb but I used minced beef instead. I think children like this dish a lot because of the mashed potato topping with cheese. Anyway, as long as they like it, I really can't be bothered about why... I served it with salad and Eurasian stew. That soy sauce chicken was for fun, I just had a craving to make it , heee...

Anyway, it is a one dish meal that is nice and easy to make for you and your bf. You can make a few portions and freeze them. When you come back from school, take out one and microwave it hot, serve with salad, yummy.
If you need more one dish meal menu let me know. When I studied in Washington, I was in charge of cooking for my room mate too XD
