马来风光 Malay Dinner

今晚吃马来主题的晚餐，两种就正好，足够十个人吃了。
Tired of normal dinners, so tonight will have something easy and suits all types of taste. Malay Nasi Lemak and Bee Hoon Soto; one soup and one rice, shouldn't have any complaints

马来鸡汤米线，伴菜有鸡肉，芽菜，葱，芫荽，特设辣椒酱，和米粉。

This is actually Vermicelli with chicken soup, Malay Style. The trick is all in the soup base with lots of spices and herbs; lemongrass, cummin, nutmeg, shallot, garlic, tumeric and many other stuff to make the rempah. Lots of grounding and blending, but really worth the trouble, it is SEDAP...excellent...

Popo喜欢的马来饭菜，Nasi Lemak...伴菜有 煎蛋，炸鸡，咖喱菜，马来鱼肉片（otah), 日本黄瓜，小鱼花生，和椰子饭。

This is actually a breakfast rice for Malays, but with so much ingredients, good enough for dinners too. Another dish that most people add in is fried fish, but I had too much food already, so put back the fish for another day.

Blue Rain and Popo, can you see the little fish and peanuts? I made another two jars on standby... 来引你们两个,哈哈!
