蓝雨介绍我去珠海买muffin纸杯,回来己一个多月还未派上用场,太唔俾面了吧! 一大清早爬起床找食谱.就试一下吧! 食後觉得很柔软,很香,因用芥菜油,一点都不肥腻，可说是成功了！！Crawled out of bed at 7.30am just to try my hands at making muffins, it really is ridiculous but then again I am famed to be unconventional! Don't know what put my mind to muffins, something I have not done before but heard so much about. Guess it is a nice change from all the cakes and heavier desserts。
Found this recipe from my recipe file, source unknown. After tasting the final products: very fluffy, fragrant (I used banana and fresh strawberries) and not oily at all。。。
Britney had to go to school for College Day; since the muffins were hot from the oven, she took two to bring to school, hope she likes them!!!

ReplyDeleteI got them in Zhuhai, China. Anyway, we also have lots of these in Singapore, just a bit more expensive. Can bring them back for you when I go back end of the year, along with those chocolate pearls. Just let me know.
If they are cheap, go ahead and bring some. Don't make too many muffins but I think we can use them with spoonge cake instead.
