酵素 -- Noni fruit

亞老虎要結束,咁我的酵素記錄可能會唔見,當然我會嘗試全部搬來這裡,但係我嘅電腦天聰咁。。。好,好大可能唔掂,所以多多少少抄回少部分基本嘅資料。
 
 
You can use any fruits to make enzyme, make sure you wash them clean and air dry it thoroughly. You also need sugar (I use rock sugar, but you can use black sugar , brown sugar or even honey) and lemon slices. The amount of lemon is about one jar one lemon or about 12 slices to cover the top of the fruits in 3 layers. The proportion is roughly 3 parts fruits, 30% - 40% sugar then it is exactly what you see in my pictures. I just explain to you briefly and if you have any other questions, do let me know.on slices; ie 300 grams fruit, 120gm sugar and 1 or 2 lemon cut into slices. Use airtight jars that you can buy in Ikea; boil and air dry it. Wash and airdry the fruits, slice the lemon. Ready to assemble.
1. separate fruits , sugar, and lemon into 3 parts
2. put one part fruit into the clean jar
3. cover the fruit with 4 slices of lemon then top with one part of sugar
4. next put in fruit again and so on till finish all with sugar on top (see my photo)
5. close the jar, and leave it for 2 weeks in a cool place.
6. some bubbles will form and dont worry, even some whitish stuff might form after 4 or 5 days, that is natural.
7. IF BLACK MOLD appears, that means it is contaminated and u have to throw it away. That will happen if it is wet or dirty hands have touched it. So be careful.
8. After 2 weeks, pour out the liquid and put into a bottle, that is the pure enzyme.
9. The rest of the fruit you can squeeze and some juice can come out of it, and put that into another jar, it will be thicker than the pure enzyme, but just as nutritious.
10. Consume 30ml empty stomach in the morning and before sleep. You can add ice as it can be a bit sweet. For me, I just take it like juice and add more ice.
That's all there is to it. You can combine a few fruits into one. The best combi is blueberries and strawberries; very nice tasting. Use your imagination , it wont go wrong.

he amount of sugar varies by the sweetness of the fruits... if it is way too sweet the first time, then put less next time. And u can add ice and dilute it with water when consume!
*** If any black mold formed on top of the fruits, that means the enzyme has been contaminated or in touch with water. You will need to throw it away and start again. If you see white film, that is normal!
