Mommy Dearest 廚房 -- 金瓜合桃薑末蛋糕

due to the mashed pumpkin, the cake is a bit dense but very flavorful, it's a very good combination


平時如果我有開oven,我多數會順便放個南瓜入去燒,啲肉可以用來做麵包,整蛋糕,做餸都可以,燒左嘅南瓜本身已經好甜,煮野可以減糖份,夠健康吧 !
