黑胡椒火腿洋蔥包係我的家人嘅指定早餐包,好悶㗎!

two loaves on the way
the Western style is just roll into one instead of 3
so cute
if one is bigger than the rest, put it in middle
proof till fill 85 % of tin in height, takes an hour at least
remember to preheat oven for 10 min before baking
bake 15 min then turn them around , total 30 min @ 180
take them out of tins right after baking
nice texture
very soft, this one is denser because I added oats n poppy seeds

唔可以,或者做到啲火腿混合在麵包內,咁切一塊一塊來烤,咁會乾啲
