Mommy Dearest 廚房 -- 蒸金瓜蘿蔔糕

lots of snacks

golden cups

can even be birthday cake

 
 
 
 
and breakfast is ready
easy as ABC
 add in rice flour solution
 till this consistency
all ready to steam
 fry till mixed
 almost 600gm of HK sausages
 fry with garlic till soft
 get ready

 
 
金瓜蘿蔔都好健康㗎,所以現在時時都試下唔同方法煮,這個蒸糕可以當早餐,午餐,或晚餐,好味㗎,試下啦!!

    1. same way as the carrot cake. I use 7 part pumpkin n carrot to 1 part of flour . with pumpkin , dont add sugar and will be more sweet due to it.

  7. 因為我做冇肉嘅, 所以亦試過加紅蘿蔔絲增添色水, 但未試過加南瓜, 一定要偷師.
