Mommy Dearest 廚房 -- 馬拉辣椒醬

這個真係複製品,喺馬六甲食過,驚為天人之後,買一樽回來研究,有九成似吧,當然沒有放它本身有嘅味精,都唔錯㗎啦!

Nonya Sambal @ Malacca 
 
1. Dried prawn , soak n pound, fry  in little bit of oil till fragrant , take out n put aside
2. Pound 6 Garlic cloves n fry until brown in lots of oil 
3. 200g big Chilli 50g chilli padi 1 big onion 6 shallot 1 tomato  , grind together 
4. Add mixture to fried garlic , fry till fragrant 
5. Add in salt, sugar ,6 limau purau leaf in shreds , bit of water , fry till no more water , add calamansi juice to taste
6. Add dried prawns 
7.Adjust seasoning

    諗到同秋葵一齊食都好叻!!我都好想試下咁食~平時食東北食法多~即係辣椒加鎮江醋~都唔錯~
