這碟菜餚嘅主角係香港樹記嘅支竹,我想食好耐,但係又怕食左冇啦,想呀想,咁啲起心肝用仔仔嘅至愛牛腩來煮,一石二鳥!
 
香料,可以加果皮 
切塊出水 
bean paste and chu hou paste  
白鑊 
香之後加油同香料 
add paste till fragrant 
add meat 
stir fry till all combine  
add water and few pc of rock sugar 
make sure the liquid covers the meat , cook till soft
after done, take out the meat and add the bean sticks to the gravy to cook till the right consistency, you can add radish 
Voila, delicious
