Mommy Dearest 廚房 -- 紅燒海參魚票

soak the ingredients 
blanced w onion n ginger water for a few minutes 
drained and prepare  
use lots of ginger and onion to fry 
superior stock and chinese wine 
add some dried chilli for fragrance, carrot for color
add oyster sauce at the end
 

海參魚票係我啲仔女嘅favorite菜餚, 好容易煮,但係最難係發啲海參!
