这个甜品我从未试过,是囝囝在加州的餐馆食过後,回来跟我讲,然後我妹妹教我整的.希望今次去加州时可试正身. 是用糖粉加肉桂粉,洒在脆饼上,好香口!
This dessert is highly recommended by Sonny Dearest, after he tried it for the first time during his holiday in LA recently. It is very simple to make, just fried corn tortilla (top pic) or flour tortilla (above) , tossed in sugared cinnamon. Voila....

You need more of the sugar mixture. Did you mix the sugar and cinnamon together first and then toss it all together?
ReplyDeleteWill have to take you to Claim Jumper for you to try theirs. Of course it will not be hot which I think would be better.

ReplyDeleteYeah, I mixed the cinnamon powder and sugar to right proportion then coat by shaking tortilla in a bag. Very nice... too much will be overwhelming
