This is such a lovely German Pork Knuckle that you won't believe it is from a Hong Kong style cafe... the skin was VERY crispy....
Beef brisket and wonton noodle, lots of meat and the noodle is crunchy too
Fried beef noodle, fried rice and lovely Kailan....
