Mommy Dearest 廚房 -- 荷葉蒸雞

荷葉蒸雞

soak n boil the leaves for 5 min 
put ginger and spring onion at bottom before put in seasoned chicken pieces
fold in the leaves and steam for 30 min 
cut off the top part of lotus leaves packet to serve
