Mommy Dearest 廚房 -- 金銀蒜蒸蝦

金銀蒜蒸蝦

butterfly all the prawns
put lots of minced garlic on top of the slits 
steam for 5 min, throw away the juice on plate, and put sauce on top and top with fried minced garlic and spring onion
