Mommy Dearest 廚房 -- 班蘭雞柳

deep fried in oil for 10 min 
fried is of course nicer but more oily


homegrown pandan leaves
season the meat with normal seasoning plus turmeric powder or lemongrass powder , you can even use five spice if you prefer it

the idea is to hold the meat inside the leaf

do as many loop as you can with the leaf
if can't, can use a toothpick to hold the meat together
so pretty
all ready
layer them in single pile and you may spray oil on top
210 degrees for 20 min

雞肉係最悶嘅食材,但係又好適合小孩同成人,咁就做啲特別啲嘅菜餚啦。
結論係油炸嘅香口同好味啲,但係用好多油又唔健康,你們自己選擇啦
