這盤炸雞真係非常非常好食,脆到真係bok bok聲,最感動係連DD都講好味,滿足啦!

個個講好正宗,好脆好好食,聽到我幾開心,哈哈哈!

    1. You use potato starch n let the meat sweat after you stick on the potato starch . Then do double frying , fry using medium fire, take up, heat up the oil n refry till you can hear the crunch . Make sure you fry till golden only on first frying .
