    1. 煎好后一定要拿出放五至十分钟让肉汁全吸才可切啊,多熟要看自己喜欢和經验,如果有,用meat thermometer 最安全.
      煎时每面一分钟反面,熟得平均,不要太熟才好吃. 如切了觉得太生可再煎一下,再试啦.
